分析秋冬流感背景下风险因素管理对发热门诊工作质量管理效果及患者就诊的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Risk Factor Management on the Quality Management of Fever Clinic Work and Patient Access in the Context of Autumn and Winter Influenza

目的研究秋冬流感背景下在发热门诊实施风险因素管理模式对护士工作质量水平、患者就诊影响及对护士职业暴露的改善作用。方法选取聊城市茌平区中医医院发热门诊护士40名为研究对象,于2021年1—12月开展规范化护理管理,于2022年1—12月开展风险因素下护理管理。比较不同管理模式下护士护理工作质量评分、职业暴露发生率、护士工作满意度评分、就诊患者门诊就诊流程用时差异。结果风险因素下护理管理期间护士设备管理、环境管理、消毒管理、人员管理评分以及工作满意度评分高于规范化护理管理,且护士社会心理暴露、生物性暴露发生率低于规范化护理管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者风险因素下护理管理就诊期间信息登记、体温检测、病史询问、分区引导用时短于规范化护理管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论秋冬流感背景下发热门诊工作中开展风险因素下护理管理,可积极调节护士工作应对情绪正向性,经护理工作质量的综合优化,降低工作中职业暴露风险,为患者的门诊快速就诊提供高效护理引导服务,管理效果显著。

Objective To study the impact of implementing a risk factor management model in fever clinics under the background of autumn and winter influenza on the quality of nursing work,the impact of patient visits,and the improvement of nurse occupational exposure.Methods Forty nurses of fever outpatient clinic in Chiping District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Liaocheng City were included in the study,with standardized nursing management from January to December 2021 and nursing management under risk factor management from January to December 2022.To compare the differences in nurses'nursing work quality scores,occupational exposure incidence,and nurses'job satisfaction scores under different management modes,the time spent on outpatient consultation process for patients attending the clinic during different management modes.Results During the nursing management period under risk factor management,the scores of nurse equipment management,environmental management,disinfection management,personnel management,and job satisfaction were higher than those of standardized nursing management and the incidence of nurses'psychosocial exposure and biological exposure were lower than those of standardized nuring management,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Information registration,temperature testing,history taking,and time spent on zoning guidance during nursing management visits under patient risk factor management were shorter than those under standardized nuring management,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management under risk factor management in fever outpatient work in the context of autumn and winter influenza can positively regulate nurses'work response emotionally positive,optimize the quality of nursing work comprehensively,reduce the risk of occupational exposure at work,and provide efficient nursing guidance service for rapid outpatient consultation of patients with significant management effects.
