护理人员分层级管理模式对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的作用评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Hierarchical Nursing Management Model on Improving the Quality of Urological Nursing Management

目的分析护理人员分层级管理模式对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的作用。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月南华大学附属长沙中心医院20名护理人员为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年2月为常规管理模式,作为对照组,2021年3月—2022年2月为分层级管理模式,作为观察组。观察实施前后护理技能评分、患者对护理的满意度、医生对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组护理人员的各项护理技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理人员护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医生对护理人员的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科护理管理方案选择分层级管理模式,能有效提高护理人员的操作技能,确保护理人员的工作合理化,提升临床整体护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical nursing management mode on improving the quality of urological nursing management.Methods Twenty nursing staff from Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to the University of South China from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,with routine management mode from January 2020 to February 2021 as the control group,and stratified management mode from March 2021 to February 2022 as the observation group.Nursing skill score,patients'satisfaction with nursing and doctors'satisfaction with nursing work were observed before and after implementation.Results The nursing skills score of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the observation group with nuring staff was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of doctors in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management mode can effectively improve the operational skills of the nursing staff,ensure the rationalization of the nursing staff's work,and enhance the overall quality of clinical nursing.
