在职业性尘肺科护理管理中应用分层次管理模式对护理质量的提升评价

摘要 目的分析在职业性尘肺科护理管理中应用分层次管理模式后的效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年5月湖南省职业病防治院职业性尘肺科30名护理人员为研究对象,于2020年4月—2021年4月实施常规护理管理(管理前),于2021年5月—2022年5月实施分层次管理(管理后)。对比实施分层次管理前后护理人员的护理质量、工作积极性、条理性、岗位胜任能力及考核成绩。结果管理后护理人员的文书书写、专科护理、护患沟通、病区管理、护理差错的质量评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员自评及他评的工作积极性和工作条理性均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员的护理技能、风险防范意识、法律意识、工作责任心、专业知识掌握、服务态度、人际交往的能力评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护理人员的基础护理、专科护理、病历书写的考核成绩均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理模式对于提升职业性尘肺科护理管理的护理质量,推动护理人员工作积极性提升,提高护理人员岗位胜任能力均有积极作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of nursing management in the occupational pneumoconiosis unit after applying the hierarchical management model.Methods A total of 30 nursing staff from the Occupational Pneumoconiosis Unit of Hunan Provincial Occupational Disease Control and Prevention Hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.Routine nursing management were implemented from April 2020 to April 2021(before management),the hierarchical management were implemented from May 2021 to May 2022(after management).Compared with the nursing quality,work enthusiasm,organization,post competence and results of examination before and after the implementation of hierarchical management.Results The quality scores of nursing staff in writing,specialty care,nurse-patient communication,ward management,and nursing errors were higher after management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the work motivation and work organization of nursing staff were higher after management than before management in both self-assessment and other assessment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ability scores of nursing staff in nursing skills,risk prevention awareness,legal awareness,work responsibility,professional knowledge mastery,service attitude,and interpersonal communication were all higher after management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing assessment scores of nursing staff in basic nursing,specialty nursing,and medical record writing were all higher after management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management model has a positive effect on improving the quality of care in the nursing management of occupational pneumology,promoting the motivation of nursing staff and improving the competence of nursing staff in their positions.
