7S管理在公立医院后勤外包服务管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨7S管理在公立医院后勤外包服务管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年10月—2022年9月广州医科大学附属顺德医院的医院后勤外包管理对象100名,其中2020年10月—2021年9月50名外包人员为对照组,实施常规后勤外包管理,2021年10月—2022年9月50名外包人员为观察组,实施7S管理法进行医院后勤外包管理,比较两组工作效率,比较单次接急诊患者入院及单次护送急诊标本送检耗时,统计两组工作满意率及投诉发生率情况。结果观察组物品区分能力、物品处置能力、环境整洁得分和团队遵规得分分别为(86.8±5.9)分、(91.2±7.8)分、(88.3±10.2)分、(82.5±9.8)分,均高于对照组的(71.2±5.5)分、(70.0±10.0)分、(63.6±12.3)分、(62.2±5.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组单次接急诊患者入院及单次护送急诊标本送检耗时分别为(7.5±1.2)、(10.2±2.3)min,均短于对照组的(18.3±3.9)、(35.9±11.1)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组工作满意率为94.0%,高于对照组的58.0%,投诉发生率为2.0%,少于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取7S管理法加强医院后勤外包服务管理,能够确保工作效率,提高工作满意度,降低投诉率。 Objective To explore the application value of 7S management in the management of logistics outsourcing services in public hospitals.Methods One hundred of hospital logistics outsourcing management objects from October 2020 to September 2022 in Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University were selected as management objects for hospital logistics outsourcing management.Among them,the implementation of conventional logistics outsourcing management from October 2020 to September 2021 was the control group of 50 outsourced Personnel,and the implementation of 7S management method for hospital logistics outsourcing management from October 2021 to September 2022 was the observation group of 50 outsourced Personnel.The work efficiency of the two groups was compared,the time spent on single admission of emergency patients and single escort of emergency specimens for examination was compared,and the work satisfaction rate and the incidence of complaints in the two groups were counted.Results The ability to differentiate items,ability to dispose of items,environmental tidiness score and team compliance score of the observation group were(86.8±5.9)points,(91.2±7.8)points,(88.3±10.2)points and(82.5±9.8)points,respectively,were higher than(71.2±5.5)points,(70.0±10.0)points,(63.6±12.3)points and(62.2±5.2)points in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time spent in the observation group for a single admission of emergency patients and a single escort of emergency specimens for examination were(7.5±1.2)min and(10.2±2.3)min,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group(18.3±3.9)min and(35.9±11.1)min,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.0%,higher than 58.0%of the control group,and the complaint incidence rate was 2.0%,lower than 20.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the 7S management method to strengthen the management of hospital logistics outsourcing services can ensure the work efficiency,improve job satisfaction,and reduce the complaint rate.
