人文关怀护理管理对产科护士核心能力的影响

The Impact of Humanistic Care Management on Core Competencies of Obstetric Nurses

目的评价采用人文关怀护理管理对提高产科护士核心能力的作用。方法选择2021年9月—2022年9月期间山东省菏泽市定陶区人民医院产科在职护士32名,以人文关怀护理管理实施前后分为两组,每组16名。对照组接受传统管理,观察组接受人文关怀护理管理,比较两组护士的管理效果。结果观察组核心能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心理素质评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组职业认同感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度为93.75%高于对照组的56.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护士管理中采取人文关怀护理管理的效果突出,可以提高护士核心能力,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of humanistic care nursing management on improving the core competence of obstetric nurses.Methods Thirty-two in-service obstetric nurses in the People's Hospital of Dingtao District,Heze City,Shandong Province from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups before and after the implementation of humanistic care nursing management,with 16 nurses in each group.The control group accepted traditional management,and the observation group accepted humanistic care nursing management.The management effect of the two groups of nurses was compared.Results The score of core competence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of occupational identity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%higher than that of the control group 56.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care nursing management in obstetric nurse management is outstanding,which can improve the core competence of nurses and is worth promoting.
