公立医院医疗档案信息共享服务策略研究

Study on the Strategy of Information Sharing Service of Medical Records in Public Hospitals

在健康医疗大数据背景下,公立医院医院档案信息共享建设进展迅速,在提高医院工作效率、交流医疗技术、降低治疗费用、提高居民健康水平等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,我国医疗机构之间存在着医疗档案信息资源无法共享的问题,新时期,公立医院要提高工作效率,充分发挥医疗资源的作用,就要打破医疗机构之间的壁垒,促进医疗数据互联互通,实现医疗档案的信息共享和优势互补。本文从强化共享理念、完善医疗档案标准体系建设、完善医疗档案信息化建设、保护共享档案中的个人隐私等几个方面进行了阐述。

In the context of health care big data,the construction of information sharing of hospital records in public hospitals has progressed rapidly,playing an important role in improving the efficiency of hospitals,exchanging medical technologies,reducing treatment costs,and improving the health of residents.However,there has been a problem that medical records information resources cannot be shared among medical institutions in China.In the new era,in order to improve the efficiency of public hospitals and give full play to the role of medical resources,it is necessary to break the barriers between medical institutions,promote the interconnection of medical data,and realize the information sharing and complementary advantages of medical records.This article elaborates on several aspects such as strengthening the concept of sharing,improving the construction of medical record standards system,improving the informatization construction of medical records,and protecting personal privacy in shared records.
