公共卫生管理于传染病预防工作中的价值研究

Research on the Value of Public Health Management in Infectious Disease Prevention Work

目的探讨传染病预防工作中公共卫生管理的作用。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月烟台市疾病预防控制中心医护人员100名为研究对象,以公共卫生管理实施前后分为观察组和对照组,观察组(n=50)采用传染病预防公共卫生管理,对照组(n=50)采用传染病预防常规管理,对比不同管理模式的应用效果。结果观察组管理后的传染病知识认知评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组预防能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染病预防工作中应用公共卫生管理模式,能够有效提升社区医护人员关于传染病知识的认知能力,提高传染病预防能力,效果显著,可参考实施。

Objective To explore the role of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases.Methods 100 medical staff from Yantai Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.Divided into an observation group and a control group before and after the implementation of public health management.The observation group(n=50)adopted the public health management of infectious disease prevention,and the control group(n=50)adopted the routine management of infectious disease prevention,compared the application effect of different management modes.Results The cognitive score of the observation group of after the management was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prevention ability score of the observation group was higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of public health management mode in the prevention of infectious diseases can effectively improve the cognitive ability of community residents.
