PDA器械追溯管理系统在手术室器械管理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of PDA Instrument Traceability Management System in the Management of Operating Room Instruments

目的探讨PDA器械追溯管理系统在手术器械中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月伊犁哈萨克自治州新华医院3个科室的60名医护人员及500份手术器械作为研究对象。其中,2021年1—6月(实施前)进行人工管理,2021年7—12月(实施后)使用PDA器械追溯管理系统管理,对比实施前后的管理效果。结果实施后器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,手术室器械追溯和数据清点差错发生率明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后手术室医护人员对于器械管理的工作满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室器械管理中应用PDA器械追溯管理系统,可有效提高手术室器械消毒管理质量,提高医护人员对器械管理的满意率。

Objective Explore the application effect of PDA device traceability management system in surgical instruments.Methods Sixty medical staff and 500 surgical instruments from three departments of Xinhua Hospital in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,manual management will be carried out from January to June 2021(before implementation),and PDA device traceability management system will be used for management from July to December 2021(after implementation)to compare the management effects before and after implementation.Results The qualification rate of device cleaning,sterilization and packaging were higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after implementation,and the incidence of device traceability and data counting errors in operating room was significantly lower than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the job satisfaction of operating room staff for device management was higher than before implementation,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDA instrument traceability management system applied in the management of operating room instruments can effectively improve the quality of sterilization management of operating room instruments,reduce the incidence of hospital-acquired infections in patients,ensure the safety of patient surgery,and improve the satisfaction rate of medical and nursing staff in instrument management.
