在新形势下,为了降低医患矛盾和医疗事故,必须强化急诊的安全性,减少医患纠纷及医疗事故。所以需要强化急诊护理人员技术训练,加强护理人员的风险防范意识,严格按照操作要求进行管理,强化监管,提高设备仪器管理水平,同时还要提高科室护理人员的沟通能力,以此最大程度低降低安全隐患,提升急诊护理安全。本文就新形势下急诊护理安全问题与管理开展综述。
