在当前社会发展背景下,我国经济水平得到了很大程度的提升,因此对交通运输事业也提出了更高要求。为了能够有效提高公路桥梁建设质量与效率,需要加强预应力技术的合理运用,以此来保证其稳定性和可靠性。因此,相关工作人员应该充分结合实际情况,选择科学合理的方法开展相应操作,从而最大限度地降低工程质量问题发生率以及安全隐患出现几率,相关工作人员要严格控制好混凝土浇筑速度,同时还需注意以下内容:首先,在混凝土搅拌时,必须要注意混凝土内部温度变化情况以及外部环境因素影响;其次,当混凝土浇筑至一定高度后,开始正式灌注混凝土作业,此时可采用分层方式进行浇筑,以便于增强结构强度,避免因混凝土收缩过大导致结构变形现象产生;最后,在完成钢筋笼安装及绑扎后,要及时检查混凝土结构是否达到设计标准,并对其进行养护处理。
In the current context of social development,China’s economic level has been greatly improved,so higher requirements have also been put forward for the transportation industry.In order to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of highway bridge construction,it is necessary to strengthen the rational use of prestressed technology to ensure its stability and reliability.Therefore,relevant personnel should fully combine the actual situation and select scientific and reasonable methods to carry out corresponding operations,so as to minimize the occurrence rate of engineering quality issues and potential safety hazards.Relevant personnel should strictly control the concrete pouring speed,while also paying attention to the following:firstly,during concrete mixing,it is necessary to pay attention to the internal temperature changes of concrete and the impact of external environmental factors;secondly,when the concrete is poured to a certain height,the formal concrete pouring operation can be started.At this time,the layered pouring method can be used to enhance the structural strength and avoid structural deformation caused by excessive concrete shrinkage;finally,after completing the installation and binding of the reinforcement cage,it is necessary to promptly check whether the concrete structure meets the design standards,and conduct maintenance treatment for it.
