新工科背景下本科生导师制CDIO培养模式的构建

摘要 随着我国高等工程教育向新工科时代的迈进,全国高校开启了探索新工科高等工程教育的尝试和改革。以学生为中心的工程教育专业认证和以面向未来产业需求为导向的卓越工程师教育全面拉开。在此过程中,本科生导师制成为当前新工科背景中研究型高校推行一流本科教育的新型人才培养方式。文章主要针对本科生导师制中普遍存在的“研究生模式”简单套用所导致的本科生培养目标不明确、形式化严重以及反馈机制匮乏等问题,提出基于CDIO培养模式的本科生导师制构建研究。通过“创新思维从做中学”的教育理念,以具体科研项目为实践平台,以研究生传帮带为核心方法,有效地提升本科生的工程实践和创新思维能力。 As China’s higher engineering education moves forward to the era of"new engineering",colleges and universities across the country have launched attempts and reforms to explore new engineering higher engineering education.Student centered engineering education professional certification and oriented to the future needs of the industry excellence of the engineer education is fully opened.In this process,the undergraduate tutorial system has become a new talent training mode for research universities to implement first-class undergraduate education in the current"new engineering"background.The article mainly focuses on the problems of unclear undergraduate training objectives,severe formalization,and lack of feedback mechanisms caused by the simple application of the"graduate mode"commonly found in the undergraduate tutoring system,and proposes a research on the construction of undergraduate tutoring system based on the CDIO training mode.Through the educational concept of"learning by doing through innovative thinking",with specific scientific research projects as the practical platform and graduate mentoring as the core method,the engineering practice and innovative thinking abilities of undergraduate students are effectively improved.
