摘要
为梳理2012—2022年学前教师专业发展研究进程,掌握未来发展趋势,从CNKI数据库文献中筛选出1768篇文献,利用CiteSpace绘制知识图谱进行可视化分析,发现学前教师专业发展的研究热度持续不断,在2016年与2019年出现两个高峰,形成快速增长、平稳上升与缓慢衰落三个阶段,推断出四大研究热点与四大研究前沿。为此,未来研究应重点关注以下方面:构建学习共同体,促进学前教师专业发展;提高教育理论素养,加快学前教师专业发展;完善激励机制,提升学前教师的专业自觉性。
In order to sort out the research process of preschool teachers professional development from 2012 to 2022 and grasp the future development trend,1768 pieces of data were selected from the CNKI database literature,and a knowledge map was drawn using CiteSpace for visual analysis.It was found that the research enthusiasm for preschool teacher professional development continued,with two peaks in 2016 and 2019,forming three stages of rapid growth,steady rise,and slow decline,and four research hotspots and four research frontiers were inferred.Therefore,future research should focus on the following aspects:building a learning community to promote the professional development of preschool teachers;improving the literacy of educational theory and speeding up the professional development of preschool teachers;improving the incentive mechanism to enhance the professional consciousness of preschool teachers.
