摘要 矿山企业驻矿管理团队是矿山开采项目的中枢神经,关系矿山开采项目生产运营的质量。文章基于矿山开采项目背景,紧密结合驻矿管理团队的功能定位,探讨驻矿管理团队薪酬激励的途径,建立科学合理的驻矿管理团队薪酬激励办法,激发驻矿管理团队成员的工作积极性和创造性,建设稳定团结、和谐向上的驻矿管理团队,促进矿山企业矿山开采项目的长效发展。 The resident mine management team of mining enterprises is the central nerve of mining projects and is related to the quality of production and operation of mining projects.Based on the background of the mine mining project and in close combination with the functional orientation of the resident mine management team,this paper discusses the improvement measures for the salary incentive of the resident mine management team,establishes a scientific and reasonable salary incentive method for the resident mine management team,stimulates the work enthusiasm and creativity of the members of the resident mine management team,builds a stable,united,harmonious and upward resident mine management team,and promotes the long-term development of the mine mining project of mining enterprises.
