我国卒中高危人群筛查与健康管理现状

Current Status of Screening and Health Management for Stroke High Risk Population in China

卒中是严重危害国民健康的疾病,也是导致成年人死亡、残疾的第一位病因,对病人、家庭及社会造成了沉重的负担。对卒中高危人群采取规范化的健康管理可有效降低卒中的发生率。文章通过对卒中高危群体的健康管理开展研究,分析目前卒中高危人群管理存在的问题及今后发展的方向,为探索适合我国的卒中高危人群的院前健康管理模式提供参考。

Stroke is a serious disease that poses a threat to national health and is also the leading cause of death and disability in adults,posing a heavy burden on patients,families,and society.Standardized health management for high-risk groups of stroke can effectively reduce the incidence of stroke.The paper conducts research on the health management of stroke high-risk groups,analyzes the current problems and future development directions of stroke high-risk group management,and provides reference for exploring prehospital health management models suitable for stroke high-risk groups in China.
