重载工作台静压系统及油膜厚度自动控制设计 被引量:2

摘要 为保证适当的油膜厚度,某重载回转工作台的静压系统要确定工作台最大流量和最小流量的具体参数,实现大范围流量变化,并在系统中安装油膜厚度、温度、压力、流量等监测装置。工作台对大尺寸的非规则形状零件进行切削时,易导致工作台偏载方向的静压油膜厚度降低,造成导轨研伤。因此,需制定各泵组在不同工况下自动调节静压油膜厚度的方法,确保工作台在生产过程中的浮起量时刻保持在合理的范围。 In order to ensure the proper oil film thickness,the static pressure system of a heavy-duty rotary worktable should determine the specific parameters of the maximum and minimum flow rate of the worktable,so as to realize the wide range of flow change,oil film thickness,temperature,pressure,flow rate and other monitoring devices are installed in the system.The thickness of hydrostatic oil film in the eccentric load direction of worktable will be reduced when the worktable is cutting large-sized irregular parts,which will result in the rusting of guide rail.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the method of automatically adjusting the hydrostatic oil film thickness of each pump group under different working conditions to ensure that the floating amount of the worktable is kept in a reasonable range at all times during the production process.
