摘要
为提升自动换模小车生产精度与效率,推动其向智能化方向发展,在分析自动换模小车机械结构需求的基础上,以座椅生产为切入点,对座椅环形线的整体机械结构进行概括分析,并结合生产换模的实际问题,对座椅环形线换模进行3种情景分析,同时针对3种情境设计了3种自动换模方案,对自动换模小车总体机构和自动换模小车传动机构进行详细的设计分析。
In order to improve the production precision and efficiency of automatic mold changing trolley and promote its development towards intellectualization,on the basis of analyzing the mechanical structure demand of automatic mold changing trolley,taking the seat production as the cut-in point,the overall mechanical structure of the seat ring line is analyzed,and combined with the practical problems of mold changing in production,three scenarios of mold changing for the seat ring line are analyzed,at the same time,three schemes of automatic mold changing were designed for three situations,and the overall mechanism and transmission mechanism of automatic mold changing trolley were designed and analyzed in detail.
