摘要
根据声呐浮标水下电子仓体的工作环境需要,以最大工作深度300 m为要求设计仓体,主要由圆柱形外壳筒体、可安装电路板及电池等的上下端盖组成。根据水下仓体的设计要求,设计了外壳筒体和端盖的厚度,并分析计算了仓体的耐压强度等,同时设计了电子仓体的压力开启装置、泄气装置和密封方式,着重解决了电子仓体的耐压、启动与密封等问题。静水压试验表明,电子仓体满足耐压和密封的要求。
According to the requirements of the working environment of the underwater electronic silo of sonar buoys,the silo is designed with the maximum working depth of 300 m.The silo is mainly composed of a cylindrical shell cylinder and upper and lower end covers which can be installed with circuit boards and batteries.According to the design requirements of underwater silo body,the thickness of shell cylinder and end cap is designed,and the compressive strength of silo body is analyzed and calculated.At the same time,the pressure opening device,the deflating device and the sealing mode of the electronic chamber are designed,and the problems of pressure resistance,starting and sealing of the electronic chamber are emphatically solved.The hydrostatic test shows that the electronic chamber body meets the requirements of pressure resistance and sealing.
