摘要
开发应用于飞机装配制孔的紧凑型末端执行器,通过末端挂载到产品工装上实现装配制孔。制孔末端采用轻量化设计,结构紧凑,布置方便。通过末端内置的嵌入式控制系统,实现显示屏导引法向找正和一键完成制孔锪窝。文章提出了紧凑型末端的设计方案,并对关键参数进行设计和校核,实现了方案的设计和关键器件选型,并通过制孔实验测试了设备的精度和稳定性。结果显示,设计方案满足使用要求,实现了飞机装配人机协作自动化制孔。
A compact end actuator for aircraft assembly hole is developed.The end of the actuator is mounted on the product tooling to realize the assembly hole.The end of hole making is designed with light weight,compact structure and convenient arrangement.Through the embedded control system built in the end,the display screen can guide the normal alignment and a key to complete the hole-making socket.In this paper,the design scheme of the compact terminal is proposed,and the key parameters are designed and checked.The design scheme and the selection of the key components are realized.The results show that the design meets the requirements and realizes man-machine cooperative automatic hole-making in aircraft assembly.
