焊接过程监测技术研究现状

摘要 在当前制造业持续向信息化、数字化转型升级的背景下,我国焊接生产的转型升级步伐相对滞后,相关生产企业大多缺乏对焊接过程的在线监测。针对这一现状,围绕声、光、电3种焊接电弧物理信号,对国内焊接过程监测技术的研究现状进行综述和分析,指出了每种监测技术的特点和适用性,并展望了焊接监测技术的发展方向。 Under the background of continuous transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry towards informatization and digitization,the transformation and upgrading of welding production in China is relatively backward,and most of the welding enterprises lack the online monitoring of welding process.Based on the status quo,by focusing on three kinds of welding physical signals:sound,light,and electricity,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of welding process monitoring technology in China,and the advantages and applicability of each monitoring technique are pointed out.Finally,the development trend of welding monitoring technology is prospected.
