摘要
针对飞机电传计算机电位计人工调试存在的工作强度大和效率低等问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的自动调试方法。首先,利用改进的YOLOv4从电位计面板上检测提取电位计。其次,通过图像算法处理实现电位计位置坐标和凹槽角度的测量。再次,控制机械臂将末端的小螺丝刀插入电位计表面凹槽,然后转动螺丝刀,实现电位计反馈电压的调整。最后,搭建平台进行试验验证。试验成功率达到85%,表明该方法具备实现电传电位计自动调试的能力,为飞机电传计算机的自动化调试提供了一种新的方法。
Aiming at the problems of high work intensity and low efficiency in manual debugging of aircraft teletype computer potentiometer,an automatic debugging method based on machine vision was proposed.First,an improved YOLOv4 was used to detect the extraction potentiometer from the potentiometer panel.Secondly,the position coordinate of potentiometer and the Angle of groove are measured by image algorithm.Thirdly,the mechanical arm was controlled to insert the small screwdriver at the end into the groove on the surface of the potentiometer,and then the screwdriver was turned to adjust the feedback voltage of the potentiometer.Finally,the platform was built for test verification.The success rate of the test is 85%,which indicates that the method has the ability to realize automatic debugging of the teletype potentiometer,and provides a new method for automatic debugging of the aircraft teletype computer.
