摘要
中低速磁浮交通已经进入快速发展阶段,作为重要换线设备的中低速磁浮道岔得到推广应用。但是,现有道岔的使用温度仅适合-25~75℃,不能满足海拔较高和冬季温度较低的城市需求。文章引入Boltzmann函数对材料韧脆转变温度定量分析,选出适合在-40℃低温使用的材料,列举了适合道岔低温使用的材料,为设计者提供参考。
Middle-low speed maglev traffic has entered a stage of rapid development.As an important equipment for line changing,middle-low speed maglev switches have been popularized and applied.However,the existing turnout is only suitable for use in the temperature range of-25~75℃,which cannot meet the needs of cities with high altitude and low temperature in winter.By introducing Boltzmann function to quantitatively analyze the tough-brittle transition temperature of materials,the paper selects the materials suitable for use at-40℃,lists the materials suitable for use at low temperature of switches,and provides references for designers.
