摘要 翘曲变形是影响注塑零件的质量和装配过程的主要问题之一。文章从注塑理论的角度分析了翘曲变形发生的原因,通过优化工艺参数尽可能减小零件的翘曲变形量,设计车灯反射器三维模型,对三维模型进行网格划分并评价了网格质量,建立基于Moldflow虚拟仿真环境的注塑仿真过程。通过分析发现,定熔融状态下的塑料温度Tp、模具温度Tm、注射时间ti、保压时间th以及冷却时间tc是影响注塑零件翘曲变形量的主要工艺参数。 Warping deformation is one of the main problems affecting the quality and assembly process of injection parts.The causes of warping deformation were analyzed from the Angle of injection molding theory,and the warp deformation of parts was reduced as much as possible by optimizing the process parameters.A three-dimensional model of headlight reflector was designed,and the mesh of the three-dimensional model was divided and the mesh quality was evaluated.An injection molding simulation process based on Moldflow virtual simulation environment was established.It was found that the plastic temperature Tp,mold temperature Tm,injection time ti,pressure holding time th and cooling time tc under constant melting state were the main process parameters that affected the warping deformation of injection parts.
