一种大厚度闭角C形梁的成型工艺研究

摘要 文章研究了一种大厚度闭角C形梁的成型工艺。零件收口变形是C形梁类零件的质量控制难点,而闭角梁的设计加大了脱模难度,对模具的结构设计及模具制造提出了更高的要求。文章通过成型模具进行铺叠成型,生产的复合材料构件易于脱模,表面光滑平整,型面公差符合要求。通过工装分体设计,可以实现闭角梁无损伤脱模。通过增加预压实、在热压罐固化时增加固化压强,可实现对大厚度闭角C形梁外形的精确控制。 The paper studies the forming process of a kind of large thickness closed angle C-beam.The closing deformation of the parts is the difficulty of quality control of C-beam parts,and the design of closed angle beam increases the difficulty of demoulding,so higher requirements are put forward for the structural design and manufacture of the die.The composite component is easy to demoulding,the surface is smooth and flat,and the tolerance of the profile meets the requirements.The demoulding of the closed angle beam can be realized without damage through the tool separate design.By increasing precompaction and curing pressure during autoclave curing,the shape of large thickness closed angle C-beam can be accurately controlled.
