摘要
文章分析了目前煤矿井巷支护产品的腐蚀现状。为提高产品性能,延长产品使用年限,增加支护产品安全性,对经各种表面处理工艺处理后的工件进行试验,并对比分析相关的测试数据,最终选出适合产品应用的最优表面处理工艺。
This paper analyzes the corrosion status of coal mine roadway support products.In order to improve product performance,prolong the service life of products,increase the safety of supporting products,the workpiece after a variety of surface treatment process is tested,and comparative analysis of the relevant test data,finally select the best surface treatment process suitable for product application.
