新型航空单边扩口导管接头的弯曲实验及仿真研究

摘要 航空管路连接系统主要使用扩口导管连接和无扩口导管连接两种管路连接方式,其中扩口导管结构件多且重量大,无扩口导管结构件少但不易于装卸。结合两者的优点,提出了一种一边为扩口一边为无扩口的单边扩口导管接头。弯曲试验作为航空八大试验之一,对新型构件的密封性能评价具有重要意义。对新型管接头进行弯曲试验,采用仿真方法分别对扩口端和无扩口端进行建模分析,针对弯曲试验获得了弯曲工况下的接触应力和应变。仿真结果与试验结果相符且满足弯曲试验要求,验证了该新型扩口式管接头的弯曲试验可靠性,并且能够在降低连接件数量和减轻重量的情况下保证密封性能。 The aviation pipeline connection system mainly uses flaring pipe connection and flaring pipe connection,of which the flaring pipe structural parts are more heavy,the flaring pipe structural parts are less but not easy to load and unload.Combining the advantages of the two,a single flaring catheter joint with one side flaring and the other side flaring is proposed.As one of the eight major tests of aviation,bending test is of great significance for the evaluation of the sealing performance of new components.In this paper,the bending test of the new pipe joint is carried out,and the flare side and the non-flared side are modeled and analyzed by simulation method,and the contact stress and strain under the bending condition are obtained for the bending test.The simulation results are consistent with the test results and meet the bending test requirements,which verifies the reliability of the bending test of the new flared fitting and the ability to guarantee the sealing performance while reducing the number of connections and weight.
