摘要
目前,海上平台结构基于风险的检验(Risk Based Inspection,RBI)方法已相对成熟,但因计算复杂、成本高等未能得到推广。文章依据渤海地区的钢制导管架特点,总结一种半定量RBI分析方法,有效识别导管架高风险点的同时可以简化工作量,制定检验策略,帮助作业者控制风险和降低成本,提高完整性管理水平。
At present,the Risk Based Inspection(RBI)method of offshore platform structure has been relatively mature,but it has not been popularized due to complex calculation and high cost.Based on the characteristics of steel jackets in Bohai Sea,a semi-quantitative RBI analysis method is proposed,which can effectively identify high risk points of jackets,simplify workload,formulate inspection strategies,help operators control risks and reduce costs,and improve integrity management.
