摘要
某型直升机减速器在试车过程中出现轴承卡死故障,因此从轴承制造、零件制造以及装配试验缺陷等方面进行失效分析和故障研究。结果表明,轴承失效和润滑不良有关。通过排查发现,由于装配过程中轴承注油不充分,导致轴承初始润滑不良,进而导致抱死。针对故障原因进行问题复现和改进,可为传动系统轴承卡死故障的分析提供参考。
In order to solve this problem,failure analysis and failure study are carried out from the aspects of bearing manufacturing,parts manufacturing and assembly test defects.The results show that bearing failure is related to poor lubrication.It was found through investigation that due to insufficient bearing oil injection in the assembly process,the bearing was initially poorly lubricated and subsequently locked,and the problem was repeated and improved,providing a reference for the analysis of the transmission system bearing stuck fault.
