基于制丝线控制系统的工艺安全技术探究

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,我国卷烟企业的制丝线控制水平取得了快速进步,尤其在制丝线精度控制方面进步明显。在多品牌、小批量的精益加工模式下,柔性制丝技术成为卷烟企业适应市场需求、提高综合竞争力的主要手段。然而先进的生产工艺系统往往比较复杂,如果生产过程中出现故障,会出现混牌、加错料等情况,给企业带来严重损失。当前卷烟企业主要采用人工多层级审核排查方法,以避免出现类似事故,但效率和稳定性低,无法满足企业的发展需求。因此,重点分析研究制丝线控制系统的工艺安全技术,旨在为卷烟企业解决上述问题提供借鉴。 With the progress of science and technology,China’s cigarette enterprises have made considerable progress in the control of the silk thread,especially in the precision control of the silk thread.Under the lean processing mode of multi brand and small batch,flexible silk manufacturing technology has become the main means for cigarette enterprises to adapt to market demand and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.However,advanced production processes are often characterized by relatively complex systems.If faults occur in the production process,they will directly lead to mixed brands,wrong materials and other situations,which will bring serious economic losses to enterprises.At the current stage,cigarette enterprises mainly adopt manual multi-level audit and troubleshooting to avoid similar accidents.However,due to the low efficiency and low stability of this model,it still cannot meet the needs of enterprise development.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the process safety technology for the control system of the silk making line,hoping to provide some theoretical reference for cigarette enterprises to solve the above problems.
