摘要
采用人工浸锡的方式对电路板进行焊接,焊接质量完全依靠人工控制,其受工作经验、心情和环境等因素影响会导致同一批产品焊接质量一致性较差。早期的自动浸锡机采用双轴机械部件移动实现浸焊过程控制,设备成本高且控制复杂;本设计采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)对单轴机械结构进行自动控制,可完成自动浸锡工艺流程。该系统结构简单、操作便捷且同批产品焊接质量一致,适合在中小电子企业生产线中推广使用。
The circuit board is welded by manual tinning,and the welding quality is completely controlled manually.The welding quality consistency of the same batch of products is poor due to the influence of work experience,mood,environment and other factors.The early automatic tin dipping machine used the movement of two-axis mechanical parts to realize the control of the immersion welding process,and the equipment cost was high and the control was complex.This design uses programmable logic controller(PLC)to automatically control the single-axis mechanical structure,and can complete the automatic tin dipping process.Its simple structure,convenient operation and consistent welding quality for the same batch of products are suitable for promotion and use in the production line of small and medium-sized electronic enterprises.
