摘要 继电器作为控制系统的关键器件,在工作中存在机械应力。高温、振动的运用环境及长时间连续工作,容易导致机械疲劳,造成卡滞、弱磁、接触不良以及断裂等失效情况。以江苏省徐州地铁1号线电客车的试运营为例,阐述一例车辆继电器故障的详细情况,并给出针对性的解决方案。结果表明,现车辆运行状态良好,有效控制了故障。 As a key component of the control system,the relay has mechanical stress in its work.The operation environment of high temperature and vibration and the continuous work for a long time can easily lead to mechanical fatigue,resulting in failure such as stuck,weak magnetic field,poor contact and fracture.Taking the trial operation of electric bus of Xuzhou Metro Line 1 in Jiangsu province as an example,the detailed situation of relay fault of a vehicle is expounded,and the specific solution is given.Now the vehicle is in good running condition and the fault is effectively controlled.
