摘要
为了提升包裹智能分拣系统的效率,设计一种包裹定向分拣路径动态规划方法。介绍一种新型包裹智能分拣系统的结构和工作原理;针对包裹智能分拣系统的特点,构建包裹定向分拣路径动态规划数学模型,并设计对应的规划算法;开发包裹智能分拣系统仿真平台,以验证包裹定向分拣路径动态规划方法效果。仿真结果表明:所设计的包裹定向分拣路径动态规划方法能够显著减少包裹平均分拣时间,从而提升包裹智能分拣系统的效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of parcel intelligent sorting system,a dynamic parcel directional sorting path planning method is proposed.The structure of a new parcel intelligent sorting system and its working principle are introduced.According to the characteristics of parcel intelligent sorting system,the mathematical model of dynamic planning of parcel directional sorting path is constructed and a corresponding planning algorithm of parcel sorting path is designed.The simulation platform of parcel intelligent sorting system is developed to verify the effect of the directional sorting path dynamic planning method.Simulation results show that the proposed method can substantially reduce the average sorting time,so as to improve the sorting efficiency of parcel intelligent sorting system.
