弹上大功率伺服驱动器散热设计与仿真

摘要 针对弹上大功率伺服驱动器功率模块的散热问题,提出一种采用相变材料储热的温控方案。通过对功率模块的发热量和所需相变储热材料体积的理论计算,分析该方案的可行性;利用仿真软件对驱动器进行建模并对相变材料储热方案进行仿真,对比分析驱动器自然散热和采用相变材料储热的效果。结果证明:该方案对于大功率伺服驱动器的温控效果显著,能够将功率模块温度控制在正常工作范围内。 Aimed at the heat dissipation problem of the high-power servo driver′s power module on the missile,this paper proposes a temperature control scheme using phase change material to store heat.The feasibility of the scheme was analyzed by theoretical calculation of the heat generation of the power module and the volume of the required phase change material.By simulation software,the driver was modeled and the scheme of thermal storage using phase change material was simulated,and comparison on the effects between thenatural heat dissipation and phase change material heat storage was performed.The results show that the proposed scheme has a significant effect for the high power servo driver′s temperature control,and the temperature of the power module can be controlled within the normal working range.
