摘要
轮对的滚动圆直径是评价轮对能否继续服役的重要指标。采取激光位移检测法,设置2个激光位移传感器,并将其按照规定安装到相关轨道处。当列车轮对行驶通过此装置后,可检测到列车轮对的轮廓外形数据。通过Origin绘制出轮对的外形图,选择轮对基点处的数据进行曲线拟合得到2条轮对滚动圆曲线。采用MATLAB设计算法得到轮对滚动圆的实际坐标点,通过最小二乘法对数据点进行拟合求圆,从而得到列车滚动圆的直径。将测出的轮对滚动圆直径与真实的轮对滚动圆直径进行对比,验证该测量方法的可行性。
Rolling circle diameter of wheelset is an important indicator of evaluating wheelset′s continuity of service.The laser displacement detection method is adopted to set up two laser displacement sensors and install them to the relevant track according to regulations.When the train wheelset passes the device,the data of the train wheelset can be detected.With Origin,the outline drawing of the wheelset is drawn,wheelset base point data is selected for curve fitting to obtain 2 two rolling circle curves.MATLAB is used to design algorithm,and the actual coordinate points of the wheel set rolling circle are obtained.By the least square method,the data points are fitted to obtain the circle,thus the radius of the train rolling circle being gained.The measured wheelset rolling circle diameter is compared with the real one,which verifies the feasibility of the measurement method.
