摘要
为了提高双环腔主燃烧室在大流量、宽广工作范围内的贫油点火边界,对值班级单级轴向旋流器及双级径向旋流器两种形式的旋流器进行冷态流场及油雾场的数值模拟和贫油点火的试验研究。结果表明:两种旋流器形式下,流场均为三涡结构。相比值班级为单级轴向旋流器的燃烧室,双级径向旋流器的燃烧室形成的回流区直径大,长度不变,回流强度增大30.6%,燃油浓度增加,贫油点火边界在3个火焰筒压降下变宽40%以上,且均存在最佳火焰筒压降,使得贫油点火边界最宽。
In order to improve the lean ignition fuel boundary of double-annular combustor in large flow and wide working range,numerical simulations of cold flow field and fuel mixed field and lean ignition experiments were carried out for two types of swirlers,single-stage axial swirler and double-stage radial swirler on pilot stage.The results show that:under the two swirler situations,the combustor flow field isa three-vortex structure.Compared with the combustion with the single-stage axial swirler,the diameter of the recirculation zone formed by the combustor with the double-stage radial swirler increases,the length remains unchanged,and the recirculation intensity increases by 30.6%,the fuel concentration increases.The lean fuel ignition boundary is widened by more than 40%at each the pressure drop of the dome,and there is an optimal dome pressure drop making the lean fuelignition boundary widest.
