基于柔性计算的新型电力系统电量平衡方法

摘要 新型电力系统具有的不稳定性,导致其输出电量与实际负荷需求之间存在较大偏差,为此提出基于柔性计算的新型电力系统电量平衡方法。以电力机组及储能装置为核心构建了新型电力系统模型,并考虑发电机组的状态波动特性,在模型中引入了爬坡速率参数。结合用电负荷的发展规律,采用柔性计算的方式对电力机组及储能装置的输出进行调节,当电力机组输出大于用电负荷时,增加储能装置的能量输入,降低机组的爬坡速率;当电力机组输出小于用电负荷时,增加储能装置的能量输出,提高机组的爬坡速率。在测试结果中,设计方法下电力系统输出与实际用电需求负荷之间的差值稳定在130 MW以下,实现了电量平衡。 The instability of the new power system leads to a large deviation between its output power and the actual load demand.Therefore,a new method of power system energy balance based on flexible computing is proposed.A new power system model is constructed based on power units and energy storage devices.Considering the state fluctuation characteristics of power units,a ramp rate parameter is introduced into the model.Combined with the development law of electrical load,the output of electric power units and energy storage devices is adjusted using flexible calculation.When the output of the electric power unit is greater than the electrical load,the energy input of the energy storage device is increased,and the climbing rate of the unit is reduced.When the output of the electric power unit is less than the electrical load,the energy output of the energy storage device is increased,and the climbing rate of the unit is increased.In the test results,the difference between the power system output and the actual power demand load under the design method is stable below 130 MW,achieving the goal of electricity balance.
