摘要
为了防止分布式光伏发电中存在的孤岛问题,通过分析被动式孤岛保护装置的功能及其在光伏发电系统中的作用,提出并设计了一种具有被动式孤岛保护功能的智能电能表。通过试验对所设计的智能电能表的孤岛保护功能进行验证,证明了此方案的可行性。该智能电能表可代替传统的被动式孤岛保护装置,用于计量上下网电量,不仅大大节省了设备成本,还可将智能电能表具有的通信装备用于实现更多的孤岛保护策略。
In order to prevent an island problem in the distributed the function of passive island protection device and its role in photovoltaic power generation system are analyzed,and a smart energy meter with passive island protection function is proposed and designed.The islanding protection function of the designed smart energy meter is verified through experiments,which proves the feasibility of this scheme.The smart energy meter can replace the traditional passive island protection device for measuring the power of the upper and lower grids,which not only greatly saves the cost of equipment,but also uses the communication equipment of the smart energy meter to achieve more island protection strategies.
