开关柜红外可视化及超声波局部放电在线监测系统研究与应用

摘要 针对开关柜绝缘故障及热故障较多问题,介绍了基于红外可视化及超声波局部放电的开关柜在线监测系统。系统主要由监测模块、交换机、综合监测单元、平台层及应用层构成,监测模块实时采集开关柜电缆室内红外温度场及超声波局部放电状态信息,向平台层及应用层传送标准化数据、分析结果、预警信息,实现了开关柜局部过热、绝缘劣化等缺陷的诊断及故障前预警。 Aiming at the problems of insulation faults and thermal faults of switchgear,the online monitoring system of switchgear based on infrared visualization and ultrasonic partial discharge is introduced.The system is mainly composed of monitoring module,switch,integrated monitoring unit,platform layer and application layer.The monitoring module collects the infrared temperature field and ultrasonic partial discharge status information in the switchgear cable room in real time,and transmits standardized data,analysis results and early warning information to the platform layer and application layer.Finally,the diagnosis and pre-fault warning of defects such as local overheating and insulation deterioration of the switchgear are realized.
