摘要
为了促进电缆绝缘诊断技术完善,对两组不同地区的各自运行了5年和10年的退役电缆和人工加速老化电缆分别进行了偏光显微镜观测、傅里叶红外光谱测试、差式扫描量热测试和宽频介电谱测试,得到了电缆试样的理化性能和介电性能。研究发现运行5年电缆试样的性能优于运行10年电缆试样的性能,这可能是由这两种电缆服役期间的运行环境、温度、湿度及敷设方式的不同导致的。热老化时间越长,电缆的性能越差,这对实际运行电缆具有一定的参考价值。
In order to promote the improvement of cable insulation diagnosis technology,polarizing microscope observation,Fourier infrared spectroscopy test,differential scanning calorimetry test and broadband dielectric spectroscopy test are carried out on two groups of retired cables and artificial accelerated aging cables that have been in operation for 5 and 10 years in different regions,and the physicochemical properties and dielectric properties of cable samples are obtained.The study found that the performance of 5-year cable specimens is better than that of 10-year cable specimens,which may be caused by the difference in operating environment,temperature,humidity and laying mode during the service of the two cables.The longer the heat aging time,the worse the performance of the cable,which has certain reference value for the actual operation of the cable.
