Analysis of the Relationship Between the Calorific Value of Coal Entering the Furnace in Qianbei Power Plant and the Boiler Load and Boiler Operation Economy

当前影响煤价的最主要因素仍然是煤的质量,即发热量,因此对入炉煤的发热量与机组带负荷能力、锅炉运行经济性的关系进行分析,可在不影响火电厂机组出力的前提下找出生产过程中耗用入炉煤的更加合理的发热量,以降低生产成本,增强盈利能力。

Currently,the most important factor affecting coal prices is still the quality of coal,that is,its calorific value.Therefore,the relationship between the calorific value of the incoming coal,the load capacity of the unit and the operating economy of the boiler is analyzed,and a more reasonable calorific value of the coal consumed in the production process can be found without affecting the output of the thermal power plant,so as to reduce the production cost and enhance profitability.
