摘要
在现有二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠分光光度法的基础上,本研究减少使用有毒试剂四氯化碳萃取的步骤,使铜离子检测更为简单易行,便于企业日常监测。本方法铜离子与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠反应生成的络合物,其最大吸收波长为461 nm。当使用10 mm比色皿,试样体积为25 mL时,方法检出限为0.04 mg/L,测定下限为0.17 mg/L,测定上限为10.00 mg/L,精密度在4%以下,加标回收率为96.7%~101.6%。
Based on the existing spectrophotometric method,the extractionsteps was reduced with the toxic reagent of tetrachloromethane,making the detection of copper ions more simple and convenient for enterprises daily monitoring.The maximum absorption wavelength was 461 nm when copper ion reacted with sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate.When 10 mm cuvets were used and the sample volume was 25 mL,the method detection limit was 0.04 mg/L,the threshold detection limit was 0.17 mg/L,and the upper limit was 10.00 mg/L.The degree of precisionwas below 4%,and the recoveries were 96.7%~101.6%.
