摘要
本文建立了一个同时测定土壤中18种有机溶剂的顶空/气相色谱-质谱法(HS/GC-MS)的方法。样品在静态顶空进样装置中经80℃平衡30 min,采用定量环进样,DB-1301气相色谱柱分离,单四级杆质谱检测器进行检测。通过与标准物质保留时间和关键离子相对丰度相比较进行定性,外标法定量。该方法样品前处理操作简便,方法检出限低,精密度和准确度良好,可操作性强,能有效克服基质干扰,可以应用于土壤中四氢呋喃等18种有机溶剂的同时测定。
A headspace/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS/GC-MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of 18 organic solvents in soil.The sample was placed in a static headspace sampling device and reached gas-liquid equilibrium after incubation at 80℃for 30 min,then connected to the quantitative ring injection through the headspace device,separated by DB-1301 gas chromatography column,and detected by single quadrupole mass spectrometry detector.It was confirmed by comparing the retention time of reference materials and combining the relative abundance ratio of qualitative characteristic ions.The linear regression equation was established by quantitative ion peak area,and the sample was analyzed quantitatively by the external standard method.The method had the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,low detection limit,good precision and accuracy and strong operability.This method could effectively overcome the interference of matrix and could be applied to the simultaneous determination of 18 organic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran in soil.
