PBAT由于其优异的柔韧性在市场得到了良好的应用。与此同时,BDO作为PBAT和其他化工产品的前驱体,采用BDO联产PBAT的方式可以大大降低企业生产成本,多余的BDO用于其他产品的合成。BDO常见的生产工艺主要包括环氧丙烷/丙烯醇法、丁烷/顺酐法、Reppe法、丁二烯法等。而通过直接酯化或酯交换法制备PBAT可以分为共酯化、分酯化和串联酯化。生产BDO和PABT的生产废水,需要结合预处理+生化处理+高级氧化+生化处理后方可达标排放或回用。

PBAT has been well applied in the market due to its excellent flexibility.At the same time,BDO as a precursor of PBAT and other chemical products,the co-production of PBAT by BDO can greatly reduce the production cost for enterprises,and the excess BDO can be used for the synthesis of other products.The common production processes of BDO include epoxy propane/propylene alcohol process,butane/maleic anhydride process,Reppe process,butadiene process,etc.The preparation of PBAT by direct esterification or transesterification can be divided into coesterification,substep esterification and string esterification.The production wastewater of BDO and PABT needs to be combined with pre-treatment,biochemical treatment,advanced oxidation and biochemical treatment before it can be discharged or reusedup to the standard.
