TUD助剂除酸雾技术在非完全再生催化裂化装置的应用

摘要 介绍了TUD烟气净化助剂除酸雾技术在中国石化天津分公司280万吨/年非完全再生催化裂化装置的应用情况。结果表明:在非完全再生催化裂化装置,TUD助剂达到反再系统催化剂总藏量2.3%~2.5%情况下,烟气三氧化硫浓度由空白期的88.26 mg/m^(3)下降至23~25 mg/m^(3),烟气三氧化硫脱除率达到72.81%,外排烟气蓝黄烟得到消除,视觉效果良好;烟气二氧化硫脱除率可达56.21%,烟脱碱液用量降低2 t/h,具有明显经济效益,并有效减轻烟气脱硫系统的腐蚀,有利于设备长周期运行。 The application of TUD flue gas purification additive acid mist removal technology in the 2.8 million ton/year incomplete regeneration catalytic cracking unit of Sinopec Tianjin Branch was introduced.The results indicated that in an incomplete regeneration catalytic cracking unit,when TUD additive reached 2.3%~2.5% of the total catalyst storage in the reverse regeneration system,the concentration of sulfur trioxide in flue gas decreased from 88.26 mg/m^(3) in the blank period to 23~25 mg/m^(3),the removal rate of sulfur trioxide from flue gas reached 72.81%,the blue and yellow smoke from the external exhaust had been eliminated,with good visual effect.The removal rate of sulfur dioxide from flue gas can reach 56.21%,reducing the amount of alkali solution used in flue gas desulfurization by 2 t/h,had obvious economic benefits,and effectively reduced the corrosion of the flue gas desulfurization system,which was beneficial for long-term operation of equipment.
