摘要 介绍了轻量化条件下汽车车身超高强钢材的优缺点,客观评价了超高强钢在汽车轻量化条件下的应用前景。针对超高强钢在冲压成形过程中容易产生冲压裂纹、冲压尺寸偏差、生产拉毛等问题,从材料仿真模型研究、全过程数字化仿真、基于软模试制和整车匹配的面品及尺寸精度控制、基于热效应的模具间隙控制和全流程的模具表面强化处理等方面进行研究,掌握了超高强度钢的冷冲压模具的数字化开发技术及全生命周期质量控制方法,经在公司新车型上推广应用,取得了较好成果。 The advantages and disadvantages of ultra-high strength steel for automotive body under lightweight conditions were introduced,and the application prospects of ultra-high strength steel in automotive lightweight conditions were objectively evaluated.In response to the issues of easy occurrence of stamping cracks,dimensional deviations,and production burrs during the stamping process of ultra-high strength steel,research is conducted from the aspects of material simulation model research,full process digital simulation,surface and dimensional accuracy control based on soft die trial production and vehicle matching,die gap control based on thermal effects,and die surface strengthening treatment throughout the entire process,I have mastered the digital development technology and full life cycle quality control methods of cold stamping die for ultra-high strength steel,and have achieved good results through promotion and application in the company's new car models.
