摘要
针对销片簧在单工序模具生产过程中出现的高成本,低效率和低质量等问题,提出了使用多工位级进模代替多道单工序模的成形方案。分析了销片簧的冲压工艺性并进行了排样设计;送料定距定位采用先侧刃粗定位、后导正销定位,保证了送料的精度。同时合理设计空工位,提高凹模的强度与寿命。
In response to the problems of high cost,low efficiency and low quality in the production of single-process die for pin leaf springs,a solution is proposed to use multi-station progressive die instead of multiple single-process stamping die.The presswork of the pin leaf spring is analysed and the design of the pattern is carried out;the positioning of the feeding distance is done by using the rough positioning of the side edge first and then the positioning of the guide pin to ensure the accuracy of the feeding.At the same time,the design of the empty work station is reasonable to improve the strength and life of the concave die.
