摘要
结合制件结构特点及材料属性,分析了制件的侧壁槽口特征的冲压工艺,设计制定冲压模具结构方案,替代CNC铣削加工。通过SolidWorks3D软件中Simulation进行静态应力模拟分析,优化设计模具结构强度,采用分组式冲压模具排版设计,减少冲压工序。实现制件侧壁凹槽特征冲压工艺应用,降低生产成本。
Combined with the characteristics of product structure and material properties,the stamping process of the characteristics of the side wall notch of the product was analyzed,and the stamping die structure scheme was designed to replace CNC milling.Through the Simulation of SolidWorks 3D software static stress simulation analysis,optimize the design of die structural strength,the use of grouping stamping die typesetting design,reduce the stamping process.Realize the product side groove characteristic stamping technology application,reduce the production cost.
