摘要 多工序复杂零件的加工需要综合考虑的因素有很多,在规划加工工艺时应具备顶层的统一规划意识,对各工序的加工设计紧密联系,才能做到游刃有余。针对多工序复杂U型件的加工,通过对其图形结构和加工对策进行深入分析,提出了相应的编程策略和工艺路线。实践证明,该加工方法取得了良好的加工效益,为其它多工序复杂零件的加工提供了参照。 There are many factors that need to be considered comprehensively in the processing of multi process complex parts.When planning the processing process,we should have the top-level unified planning consciousness,and closely link the processing design of each process to achieve ease.Aiming at the machining of multi process complex U-shaped parts,the corresponding programming strategy and process route are put forward through the in-depth analysis of its graphic structure and machining countermeasures.Practice has proved that good processing benefits have been obtained.It provides a reference for the machining of other multi process complex parts.
