三通管5轴数控加工应用实现

摘要 介绍了三通管在5轴机床应用加工过程,利用现行5轴软件辅助三通管程序编写加工策略,分析了该零件的装夹到现场实际加工的过程,对三通管的加工工艺分析,采用5轴常用的刀轴加工策略,优化CAM参数中的刀轴策略及驱动方法在5轴机床调试加工,验证了程序的可靠性,解决了基于UGNX对三通管的加工工艺流程,5轴加工刀轴控制的方法及刀具加工参数设置等问题。 The application proces of that tee pipe in five-axis machine tool is described.the current five-axis software is use to assist in compiling the processing strategy of the tee pipe program,and the process from the clam of the part to the actual processing on the spot is analyzed.The common five-axis cutter shaft processing strategy is adopted,and the cutter shaft strategy and driving method in optimizing CAM parameters are debugged and processed in the five-axis machine tool,which verifies the reliability of the program,aiming at solving the problem of the processing flow analysis of the tee pipe based on UGNX and the control of the cutter shaft in five-axis processing.
