摘要
顶岗实习学生进入企业实习是学生从在校生到企业职工身份转变的一个过渡期,在这个过渡期由于环境、角色、人际关系等各方面的改变,不可避免地有部分学生难以适应而产生一些心理问题,研究这部分学生的心理状态及其起因,有助于帮助学生树立正确的职业观,帮助学生增强适应能力。顶岗实习学生心理问题的爆发往往会有一些事先预兆,例如工作经常无端反常出错、迟到、旷工、莫名与人发生冲突等问题,通过研究此类问题,有助于家校企联合介入心理问题干预,帮助学生工作和生活步入正轨。
The internship is a transitional period for students to change their status from school students to employees of enterprises.During this transitional period,due to the changes in environment,roles and interpersonal relationships,it is inevitable that some students have difficulties in adapting and have some psychological problems.The study of the psychological state of these students and its causes can help students establish a correct career outlook and enhance their adaptability.The outbreak of psychological problems of the students in the internship often has some prior signs,such as frequent and unexplained mistakes at work,tardiness,absenteeism,inexplicable conflicts with others,etc.By studying such problems,it can help the joint intervention of home,school and enterprise in psychological problems and help the students get on the right track in their work and life.
