化工管道作为输送石油和天然气的重要装置,在对化工管道进行固定时都会用到支吊架,支吊架的设计与化工管道实际使用情况有着直接的联系。在进行化工管道施工时,应当进一步提高对支吊架设计的关注程度,对其进行加固处理,以免影响最终的安装效果。所以本文主要就化工管道支吊架设计相关内容进行论述,旨在为相关工作提供有益的参考与借鉴,减少不必要安全问题的产生,切实满足化工生产的需求。

As an important device for transporting oil and natural gas,chemical pipelines use supports and hangers when fixing chemical pipelines.The design of supports and hangers is di-rectly related to the actual use of chemical pipelines.During the construction of chemical pipe-line,we should further improve the attention to the design of supports and hangers,and rein-force them to avoid affecting the final installation effect.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the relevant contents of the design of chemical pipeline supports and hangers,in order to pro-vide useful reference and reference for relevant work,reduce the generation of unnecessary safety problems,and effectively meet the needs of chemical production.
